MAC lip plumper works wonders its not really cheap but ur lips will look very nice but if u want permanent effects get collagen injections

Use a lip pencil alittle bit darker than your lip stick and apply just on the outside of your lip. It gives it a 3-d look which will make your lips look bigger.

You can try the lip plumper lip gloss or there are lip plumping devices you can buy. You put it over your lips and it air sucks them so they're bigger.

Use any lipbalm products that have mentholatum. It makes your lips look a bit plumper for a while.

Okay, whatever you do, do not buy those expensive stuff that they sell in Department Stores. They do not give results. Go to a drugstore and look for Sally Hanson's lipsticks. Those are the best.

Get that lip plumper lipgloss. You can buy it at any MAC store or any Sephora store. Really you can get it at any dept. store that sells top name brand makeup.

Not sure of the name but it is some kind of serum. Go to any beauty supply store and ask the clerk, they'll point you in the right direction.

I USE A ICE CUBE IN THE MORNING AND AT NIGHT. I SUCK ON THE ICE CUBE THEN APPLY MY MAKE UP...
ALSO USING A SLIGHTLY DARKER LINER ON YOUR LIPS JUST A LITTLE ABOVE AND BELOW THE LIP LINE THEN BLENCING IT WITH A FINGER OR COTTON SWAB ALSO HELPS. I ALWAYS HAVE GUYS SAY THEY LOVE MY LIPS.

The only lip plumping that I know actually works is injections.
