well first of all u need to start with good skin.hillary always has clear skin so moisturize skin. then apply a sheer foundation and blend it into ur skin.(make sure it matches ur skin color) then apply a light sheer color on ur eyelids and curl lashes.add some mascara 2 coats is all u need.add some peachy-pink blush and some juicy pink lip gloss is all u need.hillary is all about natural beauty and looking fresh.good luck.try neutrogena cosmetics they have almost every color in hillarys collection.

I used to love Hilary Duff, but I supposed I grew out of it...
But I'm not sure about how she does her makeup. She's naturally pretty, even if she does wear a ton of makeup, so that helps. You can probably just get a huge poster of her and look at what she did and what she used, that's how my cousin does it if she copies other people's makeup styles. I've looked all over the internet for how she does it before, trust me, lol. I didn't find anything because she probably does it differently a lot.

But seriously....in most of her pics, she seems to have the smokey look. You can try www.ivillage.com - they'll tell you how to get that look.

See some of the magazines where she has appeared on the cover. For example, Allure, Cosmo, etc. will tell you how to create the look (hair and makeup) of their model. They will list the brands and colors you see on her in that photo.
The library is a good place for old magazines.

Find who does her makeup, Im sure she doesnt do it on her own. She probably gives them credit on her website or possibly an album cover.
