im 13 and i dont know if i wear alot of make up or not enough its hard to tell! i like eyeliner and eyeshadow is tht good enough!

honestly i think 13 is too young to even be wearing make up, but if you're really into wearing it, i think some mascara, blush and gloss does the job. give a nice glow, brings out the eyes and looks very natural.

Depends, are you into the Gothic look? Then black eyeliner and dark eyeshadow is you. Otherwise, stick to eyeshadows and leave the eyeliner alone (for awhile). Try some of those cute light blue or white shadows. That gets you noticed more favorably then some off color eyeshadows.

It is very good to use light make-up. Stick with basic light colors. Neutrals are wonderful for anyone (browns, golds). Don't wear too much eyeliner, it can make you look goth or dead. If you wear any blues, pinks, purples, or other bright colors keep them to a minimum, they will look cheap-hookerish if too much is on. Men love no make-up versus too much as well anyday. At 13, your makeup should be light and almost not noticeable. You don't want to look "made up".
However, you should also be wearing good sunscreen EVERY time you go outside. Also use a lip balm or light lip gloss with SPF in it. A little sun exposure is good for you, but too much can cause damage or even skin cancer later in life. I know someone who loved to tan all the time - now she is in her 40s and looks more like 55 with leathery skin. It adds up.

u'll know when guys start talking about how freakingly 'too grown up' u are. mostly, ppl ur age looks better 'natural' i.e. healthy, glowing skin and plump lips. i'd say the eyeshadow is a bit too much. u'r better off wearing a bit of powder, a little clear mascara and fruity lipgloss!

Yeah its good.It depends on how much eyeliner u put on.Do u make it really dark? and the eyeshadow dark as well? then yes..
At 13 it should be light but noticeable.Remember Less is MORE!

hw do u know you are wearing too much make up? when your guy - friend start critiszing abt it. when im in sec school, i have a few good guy friends and they told me they actually like girl with no make-up coz it look natural. so mayb u can ask some of your close friend especially guys.
but in my own opinion, 13.. most of them have not trim theireyebrows then.. imagine full set make up with not trimmed eyebrowS!! i dont think its nice~ however if u want..u shld just put on some light make up...all light tones please! or keep it simple.

You know you are wearing too much make up for your age if your peers give you funny looks. Different parts of the country have different standards for different age groups.
Personally, natural is the best.

For your age you should use a pressed powder and a gloss or if you want some color in your cheeks use a lip and cheeks tint. What you should do for now is to take care of your skin, because no amount of make up can cover bad skin.
