HELP!!!

There is a picture attached here in which Jessica Simpson has her hair short like mine and is very straight. I do not like to use a flat iron because it damages hair and I am already losing hair a lot. How can achieve that style??? I have tried using hairpray but it looks very sticky, very greasy. I have heard about applying hair serum, what is that???

My main question is, how can I achieve that look (I have her same haircut) but for some reason I cannot achieve a straight look, it becomes wavy in a few hours.

i have recently had hair extensions put in (strips glued in) as i have really greasy hair, the ends seem to come away and flap. I now which to remove them.... is there anything i can do without getting a special remover? i have heard that using conditioner helps remove them, is this true?

My hair is to my chin. I would like to know where you can find some good websites to help you come up with what to do w/ your hair when it's THAT short. I have always had long hair, last year it was easy to come up w/ a style because I had hair... but what do you do when your hair is this short?

I'm currently wearing braid extensions and would like to make my hair more manageable because I sometimes hot comb my hair & with warmer weather coming, that'll become a hassle. I'm a little afraid to go back to relaxing (haven't relaxed hair in about 7 yrs). I've heard about texturizers but don't exactly know the difference.

ok i know it's gross and ewwy but i have really bad dandruff and i can not find anything to help me with it ive tryed shampoo's and medicated drops...nothing helps.......what can i buy or do to help it that is very kinda cheap?

Hi, I am a caucasian boy but I have hair sort of wirey/afro style, meaning when it grows long it just stays there and grows up and isn't straight, doesn't grow down etc. like thin hair. I know it sounds physically impossible but is there any way I can change it to that sort (without a wig! sensible answers please!) ?? btw straightening does not work at all. Thanks

Is there a way to like naturally crimp your hair? I have a straightener and I have A curling iron. I have straight (little wavy in back) and it's dirty blond. Any idea's please? BTW!
