In my opinion its all about the shape of the face and the texture of the hair. Curvy women don't have to have a round face, not necessarily.... A good professional hairstylist will advise you of the best cut, something that suits you, independently of being curvy or not.

well i'm rather curvy and i have short hair (v simlar to jade goody) and it suits me better short than long but i supose its down to your face shape not how curvey you are every one is different you could try one of those web sites that let you see how your hair would look by uploading a photo of your self and lets you have a virtual haircut and then you would know what suits and what doesn't

It's not really the shape of the body that dictates whether short hair looks good, rather the shape of the face and head (and ears).

As long as you don't have a round shaped face. I'm not talking about it being overweight - just shaped round. It makes you look heavy. Maybe some curls on the side or some side bangs would help as well.
