Hair - March 2007

I recently bought 2 different boxes of henna at an indian grochery store near my home trying to figure out which to try on my hair. The first is Hesh brand and just says "hesh since 1978 - mehandi powder." the second says "Dulhan deluxe heena powder -famous of marwad." they both say 100% henna. But then I was reading on other websites that said they can claim it is 100% and still contain stuff that is bad for your hair (yikes!)

So I wanted to know has anyone out there used either of these brands? Or do you know if they are in fact 100% henna? Or just vote on which I should try haha.

Ok here is my problem My daughter is an african american kid since birth she has had VERY VERY thick and dry hair I could never use those baby brushes I had to use an adult brush and comb to work through this child's hair as she gotten older i felt very sorry for her because everyday was a struggle and fight to maintain her hair I talked to many people about this problem and every product known to man NEVER worked. Well I decided to get a kiddie perm and try it once and never use it again I just wanted to get it to point where I could just comb thru it, however my child hair has never been the same it broke off bad i have shed many tears over this decision i spoke to a hairstylist and she suggested to cut it all off and start from scratch. If there is anyone out there who shares my story please tell me what was your final decision to help your little girls hair.

Im indian and my head is round. i'm 5'4, if that matters. I have brown eyes, and my hair is wavy from the neck and down, and when its dry its a couple of inches above my elbow. when its wet its to my elbow. i have a small forehead, but i want some bangs, so what kind of bangs could i get, too? and if you can get a pic of your idea then that would definetly help. 10 points to the one that i pick.
