I use Aussie Moist also Kelli AND I really like the "3 minute miracle" deep conditioner that they make. I also use Aussies leave in conditioner called "hair insurance".
On the higher end of things I bought Healthy Sexy Hair (maker of Big Sexy Hair) in the Soy Milk formula. The have a pumpkin extract and chocolate flavor! The chocolate is my favorite because it makes your hair smell great! They also make a spray leave in conditioner. Any of the Soy Milk products are pretty good. I buy the Soy Milk products at a store similar to Great Clips and you can get 2 Liter bottles for (Shampoo and conditioner) for 25. Pretty good deal for salon quality.
The Kiwi Line is great for damaged hair.

Fructis Normal has worked really good for me. I don't use conditioner. Several people have said that it works pretty well for them too. The price is right. I used to use a big jug of salon apple shampoo. That was great too. Fructis works just as good. I'm guessing it has something to do with apple and citrus that cleans hair well.

I use the Herbal Essences Drama Clean shampoo, and the Body Lift conditioner..those two together make my hair soft and bouncy. Lavender Tea Tree Oil shampoo and conditioner works really well, too, when your hair is dry or super dirty.

If you're willing to spend the money...
I use Alterna. I buy it from my hairdresser. It's about $25/bottle, so $50 for shampoo & condiitoner.

Herbal essences, the new fruity kind at least, it works really good, and there's a whole line for different styles of hair, and it's relatively cheap!
