I read that they are Indian shampoos, is this true, where do I get them, what are the benefits, are they better than say Suave or Pantene, basicly any "American" shampoo I might find in a drug store...also...
Now what about Mane N Tail, I just brought some today, is this stuff as good as it's users say...and also, I read that you can never really get the product out of your hair, what exactly does that mean???...Does it really thicken hair...horse hair is 3 times thicker than humans so does using this stuff really thicken our hair if it's being applied to hair that is already thick???

I have been growing my hair out for awhile now, and everyone prefers it long. I just read an article that was saying that it is "unfashionable" to have very long hair (past your breasts).... Does anyone agree/disagree with this??? I'm not planning on cutting it, I just wanted to get your opinions. Thank you!

She's almost 14, she has an slim, oval face, her eyes are exact 1 inch apart. She is very childish looking. Her hair is light brown, is at her sholders and fips out. She wants bangs, and in a different color. I'm alright with the bangs but I'd ratther her just get highlights. What color of highlights, and what kind of bangs. Any pictures would be helpful!

I have slightly dry hair that sometimes get a little frizzy. Right now i use the deep cleansing shampoo and i was wondering if using one of the other shampoos my hair would be more manageable.

If i use a shampoo that is too moisturizing, my hair will have build up and i dont want that.

Any suggestions?

I have naturally wavy hair and I love the way it looks before it completely dries (really wavy and not frizzy). What can I add to my hair that will keep the wave (I have thick, heavy shoulder length hair), keep away the frizz, and avoid that crunchy/sticky mess that you get when you use some products.

I have curly hair, BUT I love my hair when it's straight, it just takes too much time to do it. On the other hand, when I wear it curly, I have to wash it like everyday and that sometimes dries my hair up. After I wash my hair, I comb it then add sauve curling mousse, then diffuse it for like ten minutes. I was curious as to what you do when you wear your hair curly, and what hair products you use?

I am a 21 year old male. I have relatively long black hair. Lately I have noticed more hair coming out during the day. My hair does not seem to be thinning in any specific spots and the hair seems to be coming out from all over (side, top, etc). It always just one or two strands at a time. It is possible I just did not notice the shedding before because I just bought a white pillow case and sheets for my bed for the first time. Any possible explanations? The weather has been particularly cold here for the last month or so.

I have really really curly hair, that continues to get curlier every year. I want to get my hair permed, to help loosen up the curls. I used to be able to wear my hair down (i did every day), but now i have these little tiny curls that shrink up when i leave my hair down. When my hair is straightened it comes down about 3 in below my shoulders, but when its curly my hair comes about an inch below my chin.


I am just wondering what getting a perm will do to my hair. People have told me that it will lighten my hair, and i want to know if there are any other effects that i should know about. thanks!!
