here's a link on how to do twists on your own natural hair. i think it should be about the same if you use weave, but you might want to do it on dry hair.

1. Get a can of hair spray 2. Get a match. 3. Hold hair spray about 12 inches from head. 4. Light match and hold in front of spray nozzle. 5. Push button on hair spray. 6. Join the Ignited ***** College Fund.

It depends what you mean, for waves shower then apply mousse and scrunch. For twists I would make ringlets using a curling iron and then wait a little while to hair spray it so that it would relax a bit. Make the ringlets clockwise and counter-clockwise so that it looks a bit more natural though.
