stay away from pantene and tresemme as both of these leave a residue. Any shampoo that you can see through ie herbal essence is best. use the same conditioner as shampoo as they are researched to suit each other. If you can find a brand called phyto organics by nexus. there shampoo called inergy and conditioner called nectress are the best i've used. you'll find them in salons but there reasonably priced roughly the same as the ones listed above

I would recommend elvive but it depends on your hair and if its straight, curly or gets tangled. Tresamme I have tried but find I need to use loads of it. Herbal Essence shampoo I find tangles and then I need loads of conditioner. Pantene was great before they changed it about 10 years ago, sunsilk I don't recommend and elvive has always been my favourite especially the new one in the pink bottles. Ive also recently begun to use Timotei Soft & Smooth Bamboo & Shea Butter which is georgeous. If you do fancy spending a little more then Paul Mitchell detangler is great!!!

Loreal is my favourite. I have the one with pearl extract in it in a pink bottle. Made my hair nice and shiny. Love it.
