im going to highlight my hair in a blond colour that is kind of a frosted look. im wondering does anyone know a cheap dye kit that will highlight it and is there a tool that only dyes it certain places and not all over??? also where would i get it off the internet

okay i shaved.. down there yesterday & i need to again today because im going to hang out w/ my boyfriend. but whenever i do shave like the next day its reallly hard to shave just because it gets so sensative & irritated.. any suggestions?

So my hair was a very dark brown and receently i put blonde underneath it, i bought the most expecsive bleaching kit and when i was done it was a orangeish so i used the left over dye to see if it would lightin up, it helped a little then yesterday i bought regular ULTRAlight blonde.
and now its a little lighter. am i ever gonna be able to accomplish the white/blonde before my hair falls out.

I use deep conditioners, don't use heat on my hair, take prenatal vitamins, eat good...I don't get it? I am in desperate help to stop this!!!!!! I would appreciate anyone who can help! thanx tif

as i said my hair is thin or normal and a lil damaged and dry, i'm petite and kindof have a heart shaped face...not too heart shaped tho.my hair is almost touching my shoulders but is a really boring hair cut.my layers are non existing and my color is washed out.any suggestions?

My hair is naturally blonde....and I have never colored it. It has been getting darker and darker...and sometimes it is even on the border of blonde and brown. I think I should lighten it...so my mom bought some highlights and is gonna put them in. She has done it before to her own hair...so I trust her....but should I get them done and when? It's winter and my hair will get darker........

Honestly, I see quite a few girls at my school who used to have nice curly hair, and now they're trying to make it so straight. I don't get it. I wanted body, not curl. I probably didn't communicate my wishes well enough. Now I have a mop! If I wash my hair today within 24 hours of the perm, will I wash most of it out?
