I know that Oprah uses hair pieces to enhance and add volume to the style that she wears. But you can get the "Oprah Hairstyle" by going to a stylist and asking for a roller rod wet set. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BEAUTICIAN THAT KNOWS HOW TO DO A ROLLER ROD SET RIGHT OR IT WON'T COME OUT CORRECT. If your hair is at least shoulder length and longer, you can pull off the look. Go to an experienced beautician and what she will do is wash and set your hair with setting lotion and place your hair on these flexible roller rods and sit you under the dryer. When your hair is dry, she'll take out the rods and finger comb your hair and maybe put some curling wax in your hair to hold the curls. It will last at least two weeks. Keep up the style by sleeping on a silk pillowcase and not tying it down. Finger comb it daily to make it fuller. The longer the hairdo is kept up, the prettier it will look.
But if you'd rather have a quick do' Beverly Johnson has the "Oprah Wig" available and it's in the same color and curl texture, but shorter length with some highlights.

Hair weaves and wigs. Those loose, beautiful curls are NOT her own. Look closely at her hairline. You could see where it starts. In the meantime, there are some good hair products (like Aveda, but it's $$$) that will enhance curls.

i think that she probably uses the most expensive hair care products, what the professionals use. Who ever does her hair does a great job, she has the most body in her hair.

Those are wigs and extensions. Oprah keeps a team of hair stylists around for her hair.
