I use deep conditioners, don't use heat on my hair, take prenatal vitamins, eat good...I don't get it? I am in desperate help to stop this!!!!!! I would appreciate anyone who can help! thanx tif

Try using Bed Head Dumb Blonde shampoo and conditioner it is a reconstructor also try Bed Head Moisture Maniac.

That's the normal post-pregnancy occurance that happens to the hair. You'll have excessive hair shedding due to your hormone level lowering. You're doing everything perfectly correct as far as deep conditioning, not using heat, continuing on your prenatal vitamins, and eating good. Your hair can continue to shed for six months to a year depending on how high your hormone level was. I had shedding for six months, but my hair still growed, if that makes sense to you. Try not to become to discouraged, just continue on your hair care routine and eventually it will be fine.

When you were pregnant you were probably taking a special vitamin that gives you extra nutrients. ( Those vitamins always make you hair and nails grow). You can still take the same vitamins even though you are no longer pregnant.

It has happened to the best of us and is completely normal if stress, diet, maintenance are not culprits. You need a protein treatment not just a good conditioner and a daily leave in conditioner. Aphogee and Biolage have worked well for me.
