i need to no this for a paper im doin a paper on hair dye and i wanted to no if there is a difference in dying hair a certain color if you have brown hair over red hair or black hair over blonde????

its depends on the color of hair and the dye you are using. darker hair colors result in darker shades if the person has dark hair and is going lighter they use more peroxide

it def makes a diff. For example:
if you're hair is platinum blonde, and you dye it red, you'll get like BRIGHT red.
if you're hair id brown, and you dye it red, you'll get reddish-brown.
