I have this problem with my hair.

Everytime I wash my hair with shampoo, my hair will be dry after I dry it (even if I use conditioner, although it improves the solution by abit)

However, if I don't use shampoo to wash, my hair will be more moistured (though abit oily)...

Does anyone has any recommendation of shampoos for nice and shiny hair and are there any solutions to my problem?

Also, are there any quick solutions to hair growth?

ok im not crying (yet, lol) but im really upset because someone cut my hair for me and im not sure if i like it, its a bit shorter than i wanted it and i don't think it suits me. im dreading going outside or facing my friends because i think i look horrible. maybe im just missing my long hair :-S

i want the kind where when you side party it it swooshes in front of your eye but i want them thin. I'm really nervous to get them though because last year i burned thin pieces of hair in the front and they have grown back alot but i'm worried it is going to mess the bang up if i get them.
