That is to be expected. If you're unable to shower/wash your hair after exercising, and you have long hair, try putting it in a ponytail. Or, try putting some talcum powder (just a tiny bit) in your hair to dry it out a bit, then shake it out and style. Should help it appear a little less greasy. Hope that helps!

the only solution is to tie ti up in a neat pony tail and maybe perk it up with some fancy clips or hair accessories. washing ur hair too much will only make them dry so restrict it to every alternate day. NEVER blow dry greasy sweaty hair without washing them. while exercising try using a sweat band or bandana too lessen the sweat. the talcum powder touch up works if u're going out directly after gymming and dont have time to wash up.
p.s ur hair might be getting over greasy if u've been applying too much conditioner on the roots. only appley conditioner to the ends of ur hair and see if it makes a difference. all the best!

do u mean when u exercise???
wrap it up when u are working out and take a blowdryer to blow dry your neck, hairline, and roots.
