got sunburn on my cheeks and the marks won't go away. I don't know if they are under the skin or what. Or maybe it's photo damage? help

i use proactive every night then take a shower the next moring. However when i wash my face it gets shiny latr in the day but when i don't wash my face in the moring it stays unshiny. Why is this???

My family already has 1 family dog (a 7 year old yellow lab) she is cute and I love her and feed her every morning 9my dad usually feeds her in the evening. I am thinking of saving some money and then asking my parents for a puppy for my birthday, and pitching in the money I saved to help cover the puppy costs. my birthday is not until june and I will be turning 14. I am very responsible, get good grades in school, help with house chores and babysit my brother and sister sometimes. I know I want a small dog but I'm not sure if I want to adopt or buy a puppy (I know a lot of people say adopt but i've heard that even if it's not at a shelter a puppy may be killed if it is not sold, so either way you may be saving it). Any ideas on asking my parents, supplys I will need, and a breed I should get?

white or dark color (black, gray, dark brown, dark red, dark purple..) DEFINITELY NOT BRIGHT COLOR/ TOO MUCH PATTERN!!!
above the knees are fine, as long as they're not too short!!!
not too costume-y but has a unique look to it!!
also, accessories with it (shoes, clutch, jacket, tights,...)

ok - i already love how uggs look - so pls dont tell me how ugly you think they are. for the people that have or had uggs....do you think they were worth the money ($250)?? do they get dirty fast, loose their shape ect.

I cut my hair and got bangs about two weeks ago, and since then I have been blow-drying my bangs straight everyday. Yesterday, I guess I got the blow-dryer too close to my hair because now parts of my bangs are burnt! I tried to trim them but some pieces are shorter than others and I really do not want to cut them any shorter. Also, now my bangs are very coarse and not at all soft or silky. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can treat my hair? I am open to buying products or using home remedies.

Just wandering what your luck is with a Boider Opal?

I have had one break and it was replaced and it broke again. I had another one instead with a different shape, and it broke.

I have never had any opals break before. Is this usual with a Border Opal?

I'm going to an office holiday cocktail party. My dress is black, strapless, and lacy with sequins here and there. This is a conservative crowd and I don't want to make the wrong impression. Should I wear black pantyhose with my dress?
And, I would like to wear closed-toed shoes with this dress. Would it look really bad if I wore open-toed shoes with stockings? I've seen people do it before but not sure what to think about it.
