I am in junior high and really want my second hole done with my friend. Yet I am one of those people who always worries. Does it hurt really bad? What if it gets infected?

Doesn't really hurt too bad. I got mine in 5th grade. Really, it just pinches, and I know everyone says that, but it's true. As for infection, it's just like any piercing-- follow the piercer's guidelines and it will be fine. If your town has a claire's I would choose that for ear piercings. Their cleaning solution is really good, because its made to kill a ton of bacteria.

It's just like the first time you had your ears pierced. It hurts for a second, then goes away. As long as you clean your earlobes it won't get infected. I have my ears pierced 3 times and they are fine.

Where is your second hole going to be? I have a second hole right above the standard ear pierce. It does not hurt at all.

It hurts for a second and if you keep it clean and turned it should not get infected. You can try it and if you dont like them just take it out. It will heal and close up.
