Beauty & Style - 26 November 2007

Hi, my hair is about an inch under my shoulders and is a blondish brownish caramel kind of colour...
My face is quite round too.
I am having trouble of thinking of hairstlyes.
At the moment I wear:

I also wear:
My hair straight with a headband.

I don't have layers just side bangs where i've been trying to grow my hair into all one length.
(The bangs are about 1cm shorted than my hair length)
I would just like some easy hairstyles to do.
I have tried wearing my hair down with nothing in but it looks lanky and horrible because their are no layers and i can't have layers put in as i have only just had my hair cut and layers make my hair all curly/kinky.

Btw, im 13 years old and the hairstyles are for school.

I am a person interested in starting my very own beauty supply center. I would like to know if Black women would prefer to purchase thier products from a Black supplier as opposed to someone outside of the community. After speaking with several sisters, I became concerned about people outside our community capitalizing from something that we place so much time and money into. I would like to solict any ideas about how you can be served better in the hair industry.

my natural hair color is dirty blonde and i dyed my hair reddish brown this weekend. it lookes really pretty on the box but it turned my hair a really horrid bright red. ugh i need it out, it looks terrible. i don't have the $$ to go have it professionally done, i have to do it myself? any advice
