Hi, my hair is about an inch under my shoulders and is a blondish brownish caramel kind of colour...
My face is quite round too.
I am having trouble of thinking of hairstlyes.
At the moment I wear:
Sort of like this but i have my hair dead straight http://www.focusonstyle.com/frontrow/ima...
I also wear:
My hair straight with a headband.

I don't have layers just side bangs where i've been trying to grow my hair into all one length.
(The bangs are about 1cm shorted than my hair length)
I would just like some easy hairstyles to do.
I have tried wearing my hair down with nothing in but it looks lanky and horrible because their are no layers and i can't have layers put in as i have only just had my hair cut and layers make my hair all curly/kinky.
Thanks.
Btw, im 13 years old and the hairstyles are for school.

I think I have the same type of hair as you, but I'm a lot older. I have tried all kinds of styles from very long to very short, and permed cork screw perm to straight. I've had disasters, and some great cuts. Just beware if you ever do ever get a perm (if they are ever back in fashion) that you get it done by someone who has experience of your hair type. If it's like mine it will take very quickly, and strongly, and will not drop as much so you need bigger rollers than other people.

The best thing to do is to find a good hairdresser who understands your hair type, and ask his/her opinion as to what will suit your face. Tell her that you need something which is easy to manage, and will suit your face. She should be able to come up with the best style for you which is currently in fashion. If you look through some magazines first you can have an idea of the kind of thing that you would prefer. Then you can just ask the hairdresser which style would suit you best and be easiest to manage.

The great thing about hair is that it grows quickly, so even if it's a disaster it won't be too long before you can change it again.

I have layers in my hair now that I can straighten it with hair straighteners it's ok. Without straighteners it goes too frizzy/wavy

I'm the same age as you, and most people wear there hair in quiffs at my school. these are simple to do, and can be used in any length of hair. Basically take eithger a small chunk, or largish triangle of hair from the front, brush it back then pin it down.

With this you can leave it down or put it up.

Try using a clip or clasp thing to hold your hair together, and leave the shorter parts that fall out alone, as they look quite stylish. A bun is also a good option, it is quick, simple and easy to do.

If your hair looks horrible down, try a different parting, or maybe curl your hair.

I hope this has helped..xxxx
