my skin is already dark.

I have recently taken up an activity which keeps me out in the sun for up to 4 hours.

i don't want to become any darker.

Using sunscreen or sunblock will be too much of a hassle.

My hair is wavy. I have Feria hair color and also previously used to use a flat iron daily on my hair. This caused a good amount of damage--breakage, split ends and frizz.

I've had several trims since then. The breakage has stopped and the split ends are gone; however, my hair is still frizzy and not as shiny as I would like.

I've gotten a consultation for Thermal Reconditioning, and the hairstylist felt that my hair was healthy enough to have it.

Has anyone done T.R. on damaged hair? How were the results. Since straight hair reflects light better will my hair look healthy/shiny afterwards? I figure there is no use getting it if my hair is going to look fried and dull afterwards. However, the uneven waves drive me nuts and I would do anything to have it straight!!

I may have to wear a wetsuit in the future, as I will be commuting to work on a hydrofoil waterbike.

I'm a 20 year old female, just got married and looking to update my wardrobe. I'm tired of ripped jeans, tee shirts and flip flops. I work in a nice day care, but also like to go out with my girls, have nice nights out with other couples, or just my husband. I also attend a lot of "nicer" social gatherings-- baby showers, weddings etcetera. And I go to school part time. I need help with my wardrobe I have basically nothing. I need to know what staples to get, a few trendy pieces, and what shoes and accessories to get. I'm not too out there but not totally conservative either. I don't want to just head to the store with $2000 and come back with a bunch of crap. So get detailed and let me know what I'm going to need! I was thinking about getting a lye relaxer done professionally in a couple of weeks and I've always had a problem with no lyes making my hair dry and frizzy. And I want something that will make my hair straight silky and frizz and poof free. So I want to know what people about lye relaxers from their experiences with them. Please and thank you!

I have heard that many Chinese clothing manufacturers lace the material in Formaldehyde (Formalin) so the clothes are less likely to crease. Formalin is a poison and the amounts that are being used in the clothing is many times above the safe limit (is there a safe limit?). 5 parts per million causes skin irritation, 20 ppm can lead to cancer and in one New Zealand study, it was found that the levels in some clothing was between 8000ppm and 18000ppm. What other manufacturers use formalin and are there brands that we can feel sure that formalin has not been added? I have also heard that some shampoo companies have formalin in their ingredient list. Is this true? What other poisons do we consume or wear without knowing?

Okay so im 13 and the only place i can buy clothes is abercrombie, were the clothes are 59.50 for a pair of jeans.
Why cant normal places carry clothes to fit tall and skinny people. No offence but the world is revolving around bigger sized people with plus sizes, etc. But thats besides the point. Yeah all bigger people say oooh i cant find clothes my life sucks. Well if you think tiny people have it any better your wrong. Abercrombie barely even fits me its still an inch big in the waist and being long enough to fit. i could wear a 12 slim but then they would be too short so im stuck with 14 slim were its an inch big :| Ahhhhhh!!! Just in your opinion - Do you think skinny people that have a health problem [ NOT ANOREXIA OR BULEMIA] real diseases. Or just have skinny genes were they cant help it have an easier time finding clothes then larger/overweight people?
