They do make sunscreen that comes in an aerosol can like hairspray, and you just stand there and spray it on your skin. That's as low maintenance as you're going to find. If you don't want to do even that, then you're just going to have to get darker. You're such a guy -- lazy! My husband refuses to wear sunscreen, even the spray stuff, but he doesn't mind getting so dark. I worry about skin cancer, but he'd rather risk it. You have to do what makes you feel comfortable, and I hope you know I called you lazy all in jest.

Sunblock and protective clothing are basically your options other than giving up your outdoor activity.
I'm sure you can find 60 seconds to apply sunscreen. You jast have to take it with you....there's also the spray on sport kind for even quicker application.

You can buy clothes that have an SPF rating. I have seen various styles and brands at the local boating store and you could ask a dermatologists office for some brands and their websites.
You could wear long sleeves, long pants and a hat. Without an SPF rating these types of clothes will only slow down the tanning process, but the rays still get through and cause sun damage.

The same my problem I have a dark skin and I don't want get darker But..I have friends in medcine school they told me after you get in the sun ( sure you will get darker) but you will lose it about 15% when you in the winter or away from the sun and still 10% darkness in your skin...try to not get in the sun or use umberella if possible or try find time for sunscrren or spray it so Easier and wear long stuff ( Cotton) so you feel comfortable not sweaty in the same time hid alot parts from the sun..because the sun it will damge your skin and we don't want that.
good luck.

Unfortunately the only ways are to either stay out of the sun or use sun block. You will have to decide which you want more....take the effort and apply sun screen or just get darker and increase your risk for sun cancer. Sorry sugah, there really isn't a quick fix for this one. =(

You should maybe try the sun screen that you just spary on which is easier because you don't even have to rub it on. Good Luck!
