I would, but if your colleagues will I can't tell. For official meetings it's probably inappropriate. But maybe you can get an attestation from your doctor that for your mental health you need to wear that suit ;-)
Do you think it'll be fun sitting 8 hours / 5 days a week in your office just wearing a wet suit? I can't imagine. So why not bring some appropriate clothes with you in a watertight box and change before / after office hours?

No way. You're not Cousteau, and if you do so, you'll gt really problems. Go to work not with your waterbike.
Ganz bestimmt nicht. Du bist nicht Cousteau, und wenn es trtzdm machst kannst du echte Probleme bekommen. Geh doch nicht mit deinem Wasserfahrrad zur Arbeit.

No, can't you just change? It's hard to get out of a wetsuit, but it's worth it.

No! Would not, even if dripping wet "swamp-man" were Michelangelo, LeCorbusier or had just completed writing "Finnegans Wake"
