Yes, that combo is a good one for acne.
I've used clindamycin on it's own & it cleared up my complexion.
My friend is an MD & swears by BenzaClin (clindamycin + BP).

I use clindamycin (and other stuff cause I have severe acne. lol)
Clindamycin works on treating EXISTING pimples/acne. Like...it can't PREVENT it. But it can cure what's already there. When I use clindamycin the pimple is usually gone in 2-3 days. The most would be....5 days. My acne usually stayed on my face for 2 weeks (that's how bad it was. lol). But...clindamycin works crazy good.
I totally reccomend it.
Just take a dab and put it on your spots. Don't put too much or it can make your face oily... =)

Yes, it is. Clindamycin kills the bacteria that is known to cause acne. Cream is better, because pills can cause you diarrhea. Benzoyl peroxide is only a vehicle for the drug, don't worry about it.

I'm using it right now. Works wonders, if you ask me. Doesn't dry out my skin or irritate it AT ALL. Give it some time-- like most things, it won't work right away. Good luck!
