i just bought some very cute and very $$$ ballet flats. i dont know if its just me, but every time i try to wear flats-- the skin on my back of my heel is rubbed off. (gross i know.) && it hurts bad!! is the anything i can do to the shoe or put on my heel??? idk--any suggestions???

Hey. I am a 14 year old guy and I only have one arm. My right arm was amputated when I was a baby. I have learned to do things in my own way forever but there is one thing I haven't figured out yet. How to tie my shoes. It may sound stupid for a 14 year old to not know how to tie his shoes, but it's just something I haven't taken time to learn. Up until I was 10 I wore Velcro and now my mom double knots the strings so they don't come undone for a long time. Does any one know any good, tight, and easy ways to tie shoes with one arm?

Can someone please explain why Abercrombie displays ABERCROMBIE merchandise on mannequins and look hangers, but don't sell any of it?? If you ask 'Excuse me, where is the shirt on the display located? I'd like to try it on.' The employee responds that they don't carry the merchandise on display in the store and therefore can't sell it. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of! The purpose of displaying the clothing is so you can give customers an idea of an outfit they can purchase. Someone really needs to give these people a lesson on retail 101. And to think....the minimum requirement to be a manager at Abercrombie is a bachelors degree or higher.....?

[sigh] god i've been asking this too much and have been getting useless replies, and now i find a miraclee. (you) I have too questions.. 1. i'm 13 turning 14 this august and i weigh only 87 pounds. i feel very self-conscious and am quiet worried. Do you have any advice? Also, i'm 5''2 1/2. I work in a hospital where I am on my feet the entire 8 hour shift. I need a shoe that is extremly comfortable. I walk almost the whole time I am there. By the time I get home my feet are so sore that it feels like the bones inside are breaking. My hips, knees, back, neck, and shoulders also hurt. I know all this is because I don't know the right shoe to wear. I prefer a shoe under $100 as long as it is worth the money. I have a pair of Nikes that I wear now and they are not cutting it!! I heard Crocs are good but they are so ugly. Please someone help me before I become crippled!! Thanks :)
