I am pretty fair skinned and have gone from a 30 sun block to an 8 bananna boat oil. I am still not tanning the way Id like too.Any suggestions?

Basically, I want a tattoo of wings on both sides of my private parts but a bit higher. I want it to be near to my pelvis bone. I hardly have any fat their so I think it will be pretty painful however i think it will look good. What do you guys think?

HIGHLIGHT root touch up COST !!??
i had gotten my hair done about 5 months ago. My hair was already brown prior to having my hair colored, but my natural hair color is black. And so 5 months ago I got my hair highlighted (foils) I got honey blonde highlights. So now my roots are maybe 4 inches more or less (not sure) but it looks really bad since my roots are black!!! so about 3 weeks ago i went to a salon and asked them how much the root touch up would cost on my hair and they told me around $115- $130...and that amount of money is basically the same cost in the beginning when i got my hair highlighted. So why does it cost so much???

Shes my friend, on a scale from 1-10. 10 being the prettiest.
shes the one with the straight hair. I'm just trying to get a point of view from other people, im trying to understand why she has so low self esteme.
