Like the other person said start taking prenatal vitamins even if your not pregnant. My sister works at hooters and she said they recommended it to all the hooter girls, for really shiny,healthy, hair and it also helps it grow. She bought some and shes been recommending them to me too. She said they are pretty cheap too. DO NOT TRY THE MAYO TIP IF ANYONE TELLS YOU TO DO THAT, IT MAKES YOUR HAIR REALLLY GREASY FOR DAYS AND DAYS EVEN AFTER YOU WASH IT MULTIPLE TIMES. AND YOU SMELL LIKE MAYO FOR EVER!! :O)
