can't tell from a cartoon character

You're cartoon is cute, but that's a drawing. Unless you look just like you avatar, you need to put up a picture of what you really look like in order to get good feedback.
But if you asking about the style and appearance of your avatar, yeah it's a cute avatar. Still a cartoon though.
