Speedy 30 for sure. The Lockit is too old looking for you and there is just something I don't like about the Speedy 35. Congrats on working hard and saving up your money for something useful! Louis Vuitton pieces only gain in value if you keep it looking well. PS To James C..If you actually read the post you'll see this girl worked her tush off to get what she wanted. Sorry if your mom doesn't have one..it really isn't any of this girl's concern. If people like you spent more time acting on helping people and less harping on others for not, then the world would be a better place. :-)

Lousi Vuitton, no, Dior, probably not, but Coach, yes. You can get a small satchel or strapped bag for about 140.00 and some about 110. I purchased a bag a few years ago and i payed 130-140. I think they sell them at macy's and any retail stores. I know u can go to the coach store.

Personally, I think that any of the designers you mentioned are a little old for a 15 year old.
However, try going to Bluefly.com. They have good designers and decent prices. And keep an open mind. You might find something more appropriate that is just as good. This is the page that lists all handbag designers.

For one thing, a Dior handbag generally costs a LOT more than that. A genuine pair of Dior sunglasses are more than that. The same goes for Louis Vuitton. A lot of women that want a bag by a designer like that buy a cosmetic bag and use it as a clutch!

All of the above are known designers and excellent quality. But look around the site, see what you think.
If you want to try Coach, a lot of these are in your general range and they are certainly recognizeable. None of them are under $200. You could try the Signature Stripe Denim Small Tote. I'm sure she would love it!

The thing about these sites is that they are genuine. If you find a Dior or Vuitton close to $200 in will be a fake. Fakes fall apart quickly and just look shoddy and tacky. And you won't find anything good quality at TJ Maxx or Daffy or anywhere like that. If you don't want to shop online, try a good department store like Saks or Macy's or a boutique. All the designers I listed and a lot more have their own shops.
And don't let anyone tell you not to get her something good. Quality is a great thing. I know there are people starving, but I still think it is better to have one good handbag (or anything) than $200+ worth of cheap stuff!

There probably are some out there.... but I'm not sure!!! Try going on Ebay, but you'll never know, some might be fake... that reminds me, you probably CAN find a bag under $200 but only if it's fake, or maybe a coach bag... :( :( that sucks... You could try Juicy Couture, they have TONS of really, really cute bags under $200, and it would be perfect for a fiftten-year-old!!!!! And in my opinion, I absolutely HATE bags that have letters printed all over them, all of my guy friends also don't care about the letters on a purse, but how you wear it....:) :) :) :)

Dior & LV, no. But Coach? Definitely! I'm 12 and I buy bags from Coach under $200 all the time, such as:

Yep... go 2 Ebay and they have real ones on there... just check to make sure by looking at the Seller's comments and his Feedback and stuff...
Or...try Macy's I think I saw a purse for like around $78 there... and there was a larger one for $97 ... try shopping online at Macy's website too!

A couple people have mentioned ebay....just know that 99.99% of designer handbags on ebay are FAKE! Seriously...they say they're authentic, but they're not. Just a heads up. Personally, I do not believe that anyone should pay that much for a handbag (there ARE starving people in the world), but someone suggested TJ Maxx so I guess you could try there.

Have you ever heard of TjMaxx? The one near my house sells Coach bags (real, not knock-off) for about $150. Try going to a TjMaxx or maybe ebay.
