Try:
pink, berry, rose for lips and cheeks [ don't match the burgundy, too matchy with a strong color ]
gray, silver, taupe, white, rosy brown for shadows
dark brown, charcoal, or black mascara and liner
Add:
silver, ruby, pearl, or diamond jewelry - earrings or necklace, and bracelet or ring.

It depends on your skin tone but almost always, provided your eye makeup is very light (no shadow or liners) and you've warmed up your cheeks, you CAN wear a bold darker lip color, just keep it matte.
If dark lip color is too much than:
Pale skin should use a golden or pale pink gloss like Stlia makes and green or blue eyeliner. Cameron Diaz wore a stunning dress in that color recently and went for a bold eye and teal jewelery.
Olive and darker tones were made for burgundy so just play up clean even skin, cheekbones and black liner with a lighter touch. Lips should be natural and glossy. Avoid all eye shadows too.
Self tanner is also a must for burgundy but don't go too heavy on makeup bronzers or you'll look too murky.
NEVER wear frosty pinks, peaches,browns or reds with burgundy!

it depends on the color of ur acessories and ur skin tone. Ur acessories should be a metallic color such as silver or gold then u can use the same color of eyeshadow as the acessories. For ur lips, wear natural looking colors. If ure black, wear browns, if ur white, wear pinks. If in doubt, wear clear lippy and line lips with natural colors mentioned above. Using burgundy Make up of any kind is a no-no, makes u look garish.

Depending on your eye color you could choose a dark blue. Also try looking for a deep pink almost red like red wine almost. Also if you use blue eyeshadow make your liner a lighter blue that way it makes your eyes really POP! don't go to heavy make is subtle and i think you will look stunning! also accessories are key! try silver!

green to aqua tints eyeshadow....check out Mac..they have so many cool colors
lipstick: have to see your complexion. thinking about light pink to celebrate the summer.
