Its just because when we go out on two wheeler there is too much pollution & harm full sun rays which effect the skin so to protect our face from these harmful things we cover our face with scarf & also wear hand gloves.

Just to protect their face from the sun. i heard that the UVA from the sun tans ur skin even when u r in ur home.

i never wear make-up & never wrap scarf around my face.i think it's very stupid thing.
& i just don't understand,why do they say that it's to prevent face from dust or sunlight.
i have very clear & fair skin,although i never cover my face with scarf,even at 1.00- 2.00 pm .

the city girls will cover their face when they go with their boyfriends/lovers( to safeguard from their parents or relatives)
