My toenails have these white line sort of things where it kinda dips down a very small amount instead of being completely smooth. How do you fix that?

i have dark brown hair, that faded to a more auburn color, and pale, milky skin. For a fun change, i want to dye my hair plantinum blonde. I have dark eye brows and dark brown eyes. would this work, or would it be a big mistake. If i can't go paris blonde, i would settle for a more kate moss like honey blonde, but i really want to go all out.
Please help me, and be honest. I just want to know if it would look acceptable.

i was thinking of getting a dress to wear to a family picnic my boyfriend is having. all the ones im looking at are sleevless, which is fine. but i have a wicked scar on my upper arm, goes from elbow to my armpit. i was just wondering what i could wear that would cover it? even if not a dress, but would be comfy to wear outside all day.

After finishing up over 4 years in the military, I've noticed my wardrobe needs a complete makeover. I never had a reason to buy nice clothes before(Uniform and combat boots was all i needed) , but now that I will be going on job interviews and possibly getting a job in an office type setting, I need a complete wardrobe makeover. The brand of clothes I have now are a little to young for my age (I'm 24) . I have brands like baby phat, rocawear, eckored and lots of sweats!! LOL ..
So I need to step it up to brands like bannaa republic, JCrew stuff like that but they are quite expensive and I've noticed their cuts of fabric for the ladies on the small side (I'm 5'6 145) Are there other retailers that offer the same quality nice /business type apparel without being so expensive and ones that offer various different sizes to accomadate women over a size 4? Also I don't want to dress to to old, but professional and trendy. Maybe "What not to Wear" can help?? LOL

my hair is a natural dark blonde and i want it back to the blonde i was when i was younger. is there a way to do it so that it turns blonde instead of that yellow color that sometimes ends as a result? i REALLY dont want that...thanks!

i already hear that u can get infections from doing it yourself, but others have said they have done it and havnt got infections. why would it get infected if i made sure everything was clean and sterile? what are some steps to take to do it?

i used to take all my clothes off including my bra and panties but people now tell me to leave on my bra and panties. i tried that and it is hard to fit a bikini top over a bra and it feels wierd to wear panties under the bottoms. what am i suppost to do? what do you do when you go bikini shopping?

What color shirt/ shirts match olive colored shorts?

I realize this is not the perfect section for this question but I wanted to see what cars woman prefer a man to have or impress them.
I am in the market for kind of a somewhat luxurious sporty vehicle and was looking for some good ideas. I am looking for something above the year 2000 or higher and under 30 grand in price. I was looking at the Mercedes SLK230 but some have said it is suited for a female but I do not agree. I want something reliable as well. Any help is appreciated!!

i am an african american female. my hair was damaged due to a lot of breakage in my hair so i decided i would cut the breakage off and just grow my hair back healthy. nor did i realize at the time that short hair is very hard to manage. my hair VERY THICK and COARSE. i have DRY SCALP and DRY HAIR. my scalp tends to itch a lot from time to time. my hair tends to be curly and wavy from time to time especially after shampooing/conditioning which is i do on a weekly. so if anyone could give me some tips on how to manage short hair as far as shampooing/conditioning, greasing/oiling my hair/scalp, wrapping my hair. what to do to my hair in the morning and what to do to it at night? i dont what to use heat because i am trying to grow it back so any information would be helpful.

My brother is older than me by three years, and his friend is older than me by four years. I want to wear something cute, but not provocative. What should I wear? I have bushy thick bown wavy/curly hair. Normally I have to put it up but I want a cut so that I can leave it down. If its to short then it puffs up and when its long it gets in the way. Keep in mind i am semi-very active so the cut will need to be put in a pony tail or be short enough to leave down.
