Wear one solid brown [ the color of the shoes ] top or bottom, and any other color; or,
Wear one solid white piece [ color of dots ] top or bottom, and any other color.
Add one accessory the same color [ brown or white; in belt, bag, or chunky jewelry ] and you're set.
[ If you're lucky enough to find a print or stripe in the same brown and white, go for it, but not necessary. ]

i would wear a white babydoll tank or knit and dark wash jean bermudas that are rolled on the bottom. then maybe brown earrings (try not to wear a brown shirt or pants itll be hard finding them in the same color brown and if they arent it wont look very good)
