Everyone's face is oilier in the morning [ I am a nurse, and it's true no matter what kind of skin you have - I see people at their absolute worst .]
Be sure to clean your face before bed every night, and clean again in AM, using products for your skin type.
Your skin replenishes and repairs at night - that's why we use moisturizer and acne creams then. Your skin is very healthy, because the system is working!

I think it is because you have slept all night and it has a chance to accumulate. Whereas during the day your out and about and giving your skin a chance to breathe. Mine does it too, weird, but ONLY in the morning. Once I shower for the day and Noxzema my face, its fine until NEXT morning of course LOL!!! SIGH!

everytime you wash your face with soap or water your face drys, your supposed to put on lotion but Oily feeling is what keeps your face moisten. Lotion and natural oil that your skin produce= reallly oily.

there could be a biiiig number of reasons why it is that way, you could have big pores (like me T^T) or the temp is too hot! You should google it and see if any of the reasons suit you :3

That happens to me, too! And i live in a VERY unhumid place, for whoever wrote that it was because of the humidity.

simple. you sweat in your sleep. it may not feel like it while you are asleep but you are. take a shower when you get up for work instead of before you go to bed for the extra clean feel.

Because you don't touch it all night long and the oil just comes out...? Maybe?
