Beauty & Style - 14 February 2007

It's March 10th and shes turning 13. She likes to be a drama queen and is a scene kid. She is having over about 10-20 friends to stay the night. I have to set up the party and things like that. She loves black and wears tight legged pants, band shirts, converse, and her hair is always in front of her eyes. You can say she is emo(emotional). She hates pink.
I dont know what to do for her birthday. Or what to get her. Usually i wont tell you about her but you know you dont have a theme if you dont have an idea of what she likes. Thanks the ideas would help.

I recently have a hair cut. I used to have long brown hair. sleek and mooth like. But then i made a stupid decision and want to get it shaped it. I told her that i just want it trim a little bit. She showed me how much she is going to take off and i accept it. When she's finished, its up to my shoulders. I can't bellieve how much she take off. I really hate it but i dont want to hurt her feelings. What should I do? What style would you recomend? I'm like in tears hate it. i regret it Soooo much!!!! Plz help? and do you think it would look better if i tie it into 2 pig tails or is it too tacky?

I am 16 years old and I want my lip pierced. And for some incredible reason my mom agreed to it. But now I am not entirely sure if I should get my left side done or my right side done. I heard that the left side is less painful, but the reason I feel in love with lip piercing was because of this J-rocker who has his done on the right side. I also don't know if there is some sort of social stigmatism connected with lip rings. I know that sounds weird, but remember when if a guy had his left (?) ear pierced, everyone thought he was gay. I just want to get some opinions before I go “under the needle”. Thanks!!!!

classic girl tank tops?? I searched on google and yahoo and I typed in everything I see on the tag(the tag of a classic girl tank top that I already have. I have 1 but I need more) On the tag it says American Apparel(american apparel makes other clothes. make sure it is the 1 that I am looking 4) Then it has a picture that looks like a flower. I consider myself a weird shape. I am small and short, I am 5 ft 2 and have very small ankles, wrists and shoulders but my chest is FLAT. My problem is all my fat rests on my bum the rest of me is really small. I'm worried a prom dress will show my massive bum. What did i do to transfer my fat and what style of dress will suit me?

Have some clothing items that I will never wear again... prom dresses, almost new jeans, shirts, shoes, etc. Where do you think I would get the most money for that kind of stuff? Any other ideas for selling?

We need to make some cash for our wedding this July since we're paying for it ourselves... and I need to get rid of a bunch of stuff that I won't ever use again and that is taking up space in my house.

My hair a few inches past my shoulder, and it layers down to almost halfway down the back. Its only about 1-3 inches past my shoulder in the front, layered of course. I read somewhere that petites shoudln't grow their hair past their shoulders. I'm 5'0" but I love long hair. My hair is golden light brown, kinda a gold blonde. Do you think it looks good?

Hi! I have thick hair that comes to mid back, with layers..and grown out bangs. Im really sick of it, and I have an appointment at the salon in an hour!
