To try to make your hair grow faster, or seem to grow faster, you need to keep it regularly trimmed at the ends. This is so the fragile ends don't break off when you comb or brush it which can seem like its not growing.
Also to stimulate the dermal papilla (where the hair grows from) you want to have a head massage once a week very relaxing for you and stimulating for the hair.
Also kelp tablets are great for hair and they strengthen your nails too, they help with keratin production (what hair and nails are made of).
Try it out nothing to lose and you can get some enjoyment out of it too!

There's nothing a healthy person can do to make hair grow faster -- BUT you can stay away from things that might slow down growth or make hair unhealthy. Poor nutrition and illness can slow down hair growth, and some experts believe that stress can slow it down too. So you need to keep yourself healthy and eat a good diet, including lots of protein. This website explains it well. http://www.hair-styles.org/hair-grow-faster.html

Olive oil works really well to help your hair. Watch what type of shampoos, conditioners, and product you put in your hair. Certain ingrediants could do more harm the good. Like mineral oil, its very bad for your hair and skin but people still use it.Research the ingredients in your products to see which ones are beneficial and which aren't. Try to buy more natural products, and you'll most likely see a definite difference in hair growth.
