It is right that Nike Rifts Mens come in full sizes only and Womens in Half sizes only?

I know that Women's Rifts come only in full sizes like 5,6,7,8, etc.

I can't even find them for Men on the Nike Site.

Men's shoes are 1 1/2 sizes smaller. So if the shoes are size 8 in mens, they will be size 9 1/2 in womens. (I wear size 7 1/2 but I need a size 6 in mens)
