I am a college freshman and I'm stuck in a rut---fashion wise.

I have the same brown hair (with a few blonde highlights) that comes to about my shoulders. I wear it straight most of the time.
I basically just wear general makeup, but use a few different eyeliner colors daily.
My clothing style is classic with a little bit of rock and roll edge (kind of like gwen stefani but not quite as out there).

Can anyone recomend little style touches to take my look from high school to college?

I have dry, short coarse hair and i want to grow it out, i use conditioner abouyt every 2 days and shamppo lke once evcery 3-4 days. after i shower i sometimes put condiotne rin my hair to keep it looking good, but after 30 mins it dries n goes coarse, ANY HELP PLEASE

What do you all wear with your leggings? You know, the black, grey, and brown ones that are so in style this past fall and current winter. Jumpers? mini-skirts? Long baggy shirts to cover them? Peep-toe pumps or ballerina flats? I recently saw someone pull them off with a plaid jumper....i know that sounds very school-age-ish, but it looked very mod and cute. What you all think??
