For the best results you can start as young as possible. I am 21 and have been using an anti ageing enriched eye cream and a neck cream since I was 17. Mature age in makeup and skin care terms is anyone age 25 and older. The anti ageing products help to keep your skin enriched, plump and preventing fine lines and wrinkles from becoming deep wrinkles.

I am 17 and I use anti-aging creams from Avon every night before I go to bed. You can't start using that stuff to early! I know I will be thankful in the long run!

It varies from woman to woman (or man to man! Cause some men use that stuff too).
I'm 28 and just barely started using some stuff. I don't even need it, but I'm starting to get kind of paranoid that things might "catch up" with me. I have ALWAYS looked younger than I am, which when I WAS younger I hated being told that, but now that I'm 28, it's kinda nice to be told I look like I'm 18. =P
But really, you can't ever be too old to start taking good care of your skin.

I'd say early 30's. I remember my mom using oil of olay when she was 30. I use them and I'm only 33. Warning to the young girls that use it, if you break out in pimples, stop using it. Most anti-aging products use ingredients to increase the firmness of older skin that has lost its elasticity. Young skin has enough and it can make you break out badly. I tried to use them in my early 20's and found out the hard way. =)

I have been told that if you are old enough to inquire about a regimen, then it's time to start using one. I use a system from Nu Skin. I have been using it for a few years and I love it! I am on hormone pills, so my skin is constantly changing and I have never had a problem.

I started around 13 or so, when I started wearing make up. I've always been told it is better for your skin the earlier you use SPF lotions on your face.
