Yes, definently, you haven't even fully developed yet. Plus usually after high school you escape the judgemental thumb you are put under by the social norms. It works the other way sometimes to, the pretty ones become ugly.

absolutely!!! Personally I was an ugly child and it happened to me, From about the age of 14 I started becoming more beautiful.... or so I was told. I don't know exactly why this occurs, but it can. My sister went the other way. A beautiful kid but as she got older she became less attractive.

The ugly duckling can become a beautiful swan!! Remember that the inside plays a part in this too. You can be gorgeous but if you are an awful person, looks won't matter! The inside does prevail

Absolutely.....I was an ugly duckling when I was in highschool and it gave me a low self esteem....I am now 27 and I have blossomed into an elegant swan. A lot of it has to do with your self esteem....the reason I blossomed is because I quit trying to be the person that people wanted me to be and started being myself....I noticed after that people would tell me i'm beautiful.....beauty isn't just on the outside it is on the inside as well. Hope this helped you a bit.

Happens all the time. Some people don't become pretty until they are 30. It could be some stubborn weight that you can't lose, or your body is too straight up and down. I think Uma Therman is a good example of a woman that really became beautiful when she got into her 30s. There are a lot of physical changes that happen between the age of 16-25.

That is true, when you are a teenager, your face is small, so your features seem way to big for your face, and you are worried that you are too ugly, so you pile make-up on your face. As you grow mature, you figure out that you are pretty. Like when your a baby, your covered in baby fat and you look cute, not beautiful when you are in junior high or high school. Your body adapts with your growth, so the story is true. Even if you think you're ugly, some one else gets their breath taken away as you walk by, so keep your eyes open!

yes. As you grow older you grow more refined, your features take on a more womanly shape, your confidence hightens, which make you sexier and by then you know how to play off your attractive features. Even eva longoria admitted to once being an ungly duckling and emerging to an elegant swan. Be aware that nothing however replaces the sexiness of a girl with confidence and charisma.

totally. just think of singers- beyonce, brittney spears, madonna. when they were young they all were maybe not what you would call an ugly duckling, but definitly not envious. the teenagers who look like 'pretty' adults now will most likely look extremely old when theyre older. the teen years are a time of changing, and uncertainties about oneself- but should still be fun. enjoy your youth and know that everyone blossoms at a different time, and some of the ones who blossom earlier will shrivel (think of a flower) faster.

Yes, I think it can, but it may take you some work. Just depends on how you look at things. Maybe if you tried to look elegant now, then you will become pretty the more mature you get.

From a physical standpoint, the teenage years can be very awkward and trying. Yes there is hope and besides, I'd bet that someone thinks you are pretty just the way you are!

I went to school with a few girls like that.
They were pretty average-looking in high school, and were knock-outs at our reunions. They had to grow into their own beauty.
