go back to basics...jeans, t-shirts, ,sweaters, light and heavy jackets...simple stuff with less frills and gimmicks would probably suit you well...then you can slowly start adding things that are a little more fun in terms of pattern and color. look at a place like american apparel

do you have a person who you admire, style wise (not a slutty person)? if you do, check out the stuff they wear in photos or in real life, and get stuff that you feel comfortable in, but also is like it...

You know, you probably are changing without seeing it. And, after reading some of the answers that people are giving you on here, I don't think they are being sensitive enough.

There are a few things to do differently to match this time of change:
1. Figure out or get someone to help you to pluck your eyebrows in a flattering shape. Don't do too much, just enough to flatter your face.
2. Don't wear anything sparkly? Sparkles are annoying unless well...your ten. In this case, don't wear sparkles.
3. Figure out some type of darker lip gloss. Don't go all dark lipstick or anything...I still find that too severe for myself and I'm 27.
4. Don't hide under t-shirts, but don't wear belly shirts. Girls your age look so cute in button-up short sleeve shirts and cute jeans (no low cut jeans though icky..) Or wear some lacy (well-covered though) top with a pretty knee-skimming skirt.

5. MOST IMPORTANTLY...start figuring out your tastes and what you like. The best way to be yourself is to just be yourself and don't follow any one else. Pretty soon, people will start following you.

Good luck sweetheart. Cherish this time...you're going to miss it some day.

I'm a sophmore now, and I know how you feel. I felt the same way when I was a freshman. Your still in the making, you have alot of growing to do, mental & physical. Just be yourself, and try not to be something your not. Everything will fall into place eventually.
Don't follow the ways of others, be yourself. People will respect you for it.

Keep your head high girl.

you're not in any respect too youthful to commence questioning about your career. although, that being stated, there is no particular advice that you want for at the moment except to appreciate lifestyles and be at liberty. in case your aims were to be a well being care provider, i might want to assert to attempt to take as many AP Physics, Chemistry and Biology classes as accessible so that you may want to get some criteria out of how in the previous getting to varsity. although, with the career aspirations that you've, there is no longer something specially that's needed do this you'll get performed in severe college. (There are not, generally, instructions in activities images.) i might want to propose taking an artwork type (layout concentration) and make sure that you pay close interest on your English instructions (journalism concentration). you also might want to opt to affix your college newspaper or images club.
