I have chemically relaxed hair, sometimes (misleadingly) called permed hair. My hair is extremely weak, sheads and breaks easily. I want longer hair, but if it keeps breaking I'll have to cut it again. How do I strengthen my hair?

About a month ago I got a partical perm which I completely regret. My hair is DRY and FRIZZY, I cant stand it... I have semi-fine blonde hair and has always been healthy for the most part. Can anyone tell me any secrets on calming this perm/frizz and bring my hair back to a healthy state.

For some reason whenever I look at myself in a picture I think I look hideous. Even if the picture is just from the neck up. Then in mirrors I feel just fine (even a little confident). I don't understand how I can see two different people. What's the difference?

last summer i worked to a hospital and i was exposed to x-ray. of course i was wearing protective suit over my body but it is my hair i have a problem with. i put a rinse/colour in my hair like a month b4 i started working in the hospital. during the time i worked at the hospital my hair was in mircrobraids or plaited in extensions and when i loose these microbraids out i notice my hair was waaaaay shorter than it was! i cud not believe it because i wore my hair in microbraids plenty times and this has never happened.

my boyfriend said maybe it was the x-ray which caused my hair to drop off like that as it happens with cancer patients who go for chemo.

is this true? has this ever happened to anyone??

what was your experience with your nipple piercings? I want my done. both.. horizontal. lol what kind of jewelry do they use, besides captive bead rings. ? curved barbells? or straight?

do they make them "permanentl perky" (erect?)
do they hurt more in cold weather?
how bad was the piercing itself? i have 4 cartilage piercings which includes a rook. didnt hirt me that much..
did it snag alot on your clothing?
how many weeks, or months were they sore for?
do they make your nipples more sensitive? or does it take away sensitivity? i have heard both....

anythign else you want to tell me!
