About a month ago I got a partical perm which I completely regret. My hair is DRY and FRIZZY, I cant stand it... I have semi-fine blonde hair and has always been healthy for the most part. Can anyone tell me any secrets on calming this perm/frizz and bring my hair back to a healthy state.

Matrix has a 4 part system available called Fortifying System, it includes shampoo, conditioner, spray leave in fortifyer and a deep conditioner for once a week. It will change the strength and texture of you hair in 10 days or less. I know my hair was messed up because of over coloring and an illness and my hair turned completely around in less than 10 days. I recommend it to clients all the time with damaged weak hair and it works every time. Most salons guarantee their products, so I would say try it, I know it will work! Good luck!

Pantene pro V straight. The conditioner is really good and so is the actual shampoo. My personal secret is to use alot of conditioner, and leave it on for at least 2 minutes, while brushing it through with a fine comb or hair brush IN THE SHOWER. Works a charm. Also, if you have a shower and do this routine before you go to bed and go to bed with your hair wet it will be beautiful and soft and non-frizzy in the morning. Don't blow dry your hair, it's really bad for it and cultivates frizz. Good luck!
Also get a hair mask for dry hair and use that once a week. Remember that the only part of your hair that is actually alive is the follicle, so the rest of your hair is dead, and cant be 'unhealthy'. Get a trim so that you have no split ends.

You might have to do a little expiramenting, see what works best for your hair but I reccommend Head and Shoulders. Get the 2 in 1 its shampoo and conditioner mixed since your not using conditioner. You can also try Fructis 2 in 1. Im not really sure why your hair is doing that so maybe you could like go see the doctor? Just to see if he can reccommend anything. Hope i helped!

Redken All Soft is great conditioner that will smooth you out in now time. On top of it's great use, it smells so nice.

Also, you should use Redken Glass before blowdrying your hair.

If you take fish oil or flax oil vitamins, this will really help out long term. Good luck!

I love Frederic Fekkai's technician conditioner, it works really great for permed/ damaged hair: http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&Itemid=99999999&id=410

Also, you can do a deep hair treatment to your hair once every week and let the treatment sit on your hair for a couple hours before washing off, it really helps. Apivita's products are great: http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=&ff_name=ReviewList&ff_param_section=3&ff_param_cat=7&ff_param_limit=10&ff_param_order=SubmissionDateNew

as a hair stylist, I would have to say, that something wrong happened when you got the perm, although I can't see the state of your hair, you should, call the stylist that did your perm and ask him/her, what they would suggest, and if you were my client, and I f-up, I would try my best to fix it.
