Try Kohls' Candies jeans or the So... brand. They are really cute and really cheap. Also, yes, Forever 21 has cheap but decent quality denim, and Charolette Russe has nice jeans. Try the Refuge or Hydraulic brand. Also, you can order cheap jeans from Alloy. (Alloy.com)

Oh my Gosh, you have to totally check out www.womenshelp.net. They have a bunch of great clothes for CHEAP!!! They even have a site on the home page that sells designer shoes, jeans, tops, dresses, purses, and a bunch of other stuff for no more than 15 bucks! Check it out! You'll LOVE it! Good Luck!

im not sure if this is cheap but at pac sun they have 2 pairs of jeans for $55. that means one pair is about $25. its a little bit more but a very good price.

Ebay- especially if you know what brand you like. They have a lot of smaller sizes. Usually alot on there clothing wise for a good deal- name brand things too. Kohls is also a good safe bet.

Well Forever 21 is a very good priced store and H&M is too. and they would have your clothing size

yup...Kohl's.
My boyfriend just added (he is reading everything I type) that if you are a size 0 you should wear nothing at all.
I would prefer you take my advice and not his, especially if you are a minor.

i don't know of any good websites but i do know of a place called plato's closet and they sell like american eagle jeans, hollister, etc. for less than u can get @ the mall.
