Ok I am getting a breast reduction b/c I desp. need it and i am trying to loose 20 lbs before surgery which is in few months. I want to have a great makeover transformation and surprise myself and my hubby with a great bikini body this summer. Any tips?

http://www.breasthealthonline.com has a forum for those going through their own experiences with breast reduction surgery, it helped me out a lot.

You need at least 30 minutes of cardio per day in order to start losing weight.

FYI after you get a breast reduction you should not allow your scars to be in the sun for at least a year, if you end up showing them to the sun your scars will turn red permanently.

It was very hard for me to lose weight before my breast reduction but I tried my hardest. It will be a lot easier once you lose the weight on your chest.

YES!!!!!!!

I only went on one diet and I lost 7lbs in the first week! My whole family went on it and we all lost weight. Its the SOUTH BEACH DIET. I didn't exercise at all when I was on the diet and I lost 16 lbs in the end. (I stopped my diet because i didn't want to get any thinner I dropped from 136 to 120 in less than two months)

The food is not bad at all, the first week is hard cuz you have to cut out the things you like but it really kick starts your weight loss. I recommend this diet to everyone for the main reason your not starving yourself. Just buy the book they have them at Target for like $18 (and other places). by the way Ive been off the diet for a year and Ive only gained 6lbs back (some where on purpose)


Good luck and I understand your breast reduction.....I work in a radiology medical office (mammograms) Ive seen some monsters and their always accompanied by back pain and bra complaints

First try to walk around and get a lot of excersise and dont starv ure self eat snacks and all meals of the day if you miss a meal then ure body says oh shes not goin to eat and stores it and it builds up into fat Oh and this summer get teen magizenze for bikin tips hey add me too ure friends

First off, Consult your dr before starting an exercise program.

Second, Join a Gym

Third, Eat smaller portions, eat plenty of fruits and veggies
