Sorry- I don't have any Sephora's or any other major makeup counters near me! I live in Central Illinois so the best we have is Wal-Mart! Plus, I'm on a budget so yeah...

OK to all the people who told this poor lady to shop at Sephora...she doesn't have one near her!!!!
Now, here I go with what I think are the best answers to your questions:
1. Any loose eye shadow by Revlon or Maybelline ~ loose looks more natural
2. Revlon has the most natural blush colors
3. Neutrogena Lip Glosses are the best!!!
4. Almay makes an awesome bronzer.
5. Biore Blackhead Scrub
6. Sally Hansen nail polish
7. Aussie has a line called Dual Personality and my favorite is the Mousse + Leave-In Conditioner ~ smells great too!

Hope that helps!

hey! some of these people really think they are too good. Wal-Mart may be cheap, but hey, when you get to heaven no one's gonna ask where you bought your makeup. and if your on a budget - that's the place to be. here ya go honey, good luck

For makeup (eyeshadow, blush, lip gloss, bronzer, and nail polish) try RIMMEL they have awesome stuff and its good, especially the nail polish, which by the way if you are tan try a tangerine or watermelon color.
As for Acne Scrub, definately St.Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub (about $2.50). And finally Leave in conditioner - try Aussie.

1. Eyeshadow: Loreal HIP (if they have it) if not, then I think Rimmel London... if they have it. Maybeline blows. that much i know is true. but if you can find HIP, I love that stuff it has the staying power or more expensive brands. I think I like Revlon eyshadows. I like brands that don't take a pound to show and that don't crease.
2. Blush: I'd go with Revelon
3. Lip Gloss: Lip Smackers! or Cover Girl
4. Bronzer: Actually, Maybeline... but stay away from their eye shadows.
5. Acne Scrub: i havent been able to decode this mystery myself.
6. Nail Polish Color for tan skin :Im brown and I love all nail polish colors, especially deep purples and burgundies
7. Leave-In Conditioner (spray): Aussie

ALL in all, i'd say Loreal HIP is my favorite I hope you can find it at a wal mart. I have a huge MAC collections and I still go crazy over HIP eyeshadows. I know they have it at Target.

Walmart is fine. It's not like they make their own makeup. They carry national brands. Professional models swear by Maybelline's Great Lash, so don't listen to people who just pay for the name of the store they buy make up from. Loreal makes "Lancome" which is a very high end brand. Here are great picks that will rival any high end brand:

1) Max Factor
2) Cover girl or Revlon. It's a toss up (see what shade is best for you from these two brands; either is good)
3) Not sure
4) Neutogens (won Good Morning America's best bronzer contest, beating a $90 self tanning lotion among others)
5) It's called Apri (it's an apricot scrub in a peach tube)
6) Cover girl (the fast drying one)
7)Pantene's great for this.
Good luck ;o)

Well, for those people who said not to buy from walmart, you are so wrong- I love walmart:). Why pay more for the same quality products?? anyway...I really dont wear much makeup, but for eye shadow i use covergirl eye enhancers, i dont wear blush, bonnebell lip gloss, dont wear bronzer either, acne scrub-i use clean and clear continuous control(I think thats what its called-its in a purple bottle,it works really good), and nail polish-i like pinks, but i dont have tan skin, and leave in conditioner, I occasionaly use infusium, that works really good.

1) wet and wild eyeshadow
2) cover girl blush
3) Bon Bon lip gloss
4) wet and wild bronzer
5) St Ives facial scrub
6) Red or clear wet and wild nail polish
7) Pantene leave in conditioner or frizz ease
remember to pick an earthy tone of makeup for a more natural look and don't pick a lip stick that's too dark or has too much shimmer, it looks too cheap and unnatural.

I only use expensive make-up, HOWEVER.. there is an exception. The only eyeliner i will use is from walmart! It's the best and it sounds so ridiculous. Its the marykate and ashley kind. Its black eyeliner but the thing that holds the pencil is silver. Its amazing! Goes on perfect and doesnt ever smudge.
