i have my hair perm and i wanted to wash it twice a week so the perm could no longer be in my hair is that a good idea

What is the cause of these grey strands that I am experiencing in my hair lately? I don't want to hear that it is age either. I am only 30 and I have been getting grey strands in my hair. I'm really upset by it. I guess it's time to put some coloring in my hair in a few spots.

Okay.. So I am 13 years old. My mom told me that I can start wearing make up. I dont want to look stupid or anything though.. I have experimented before.. but I have never really went out in public with it on. I want to be more girly!! I have spruced up my style, but now i need to work on my look. Like my hair and make up. Right now my hair is shoulder length. It is natrually really strait, and it is dirty blonde. Its boring I need something different to do with it.. But my main concern is make up. Do i do natural, pink, bold? I have no clue at all what I am doing!!! I just feel like since I am growing up and stuff that I need to start making changes.. please help me with the whole hair and make up thing! I really want to look pretty and different!! Please any one help as much as you can.. thanks sooo much!!!!

My son is a high school freshman and he is taking a senior to a dance. This is not a formal - but she is wearing a dress of some kind - she bought it from TJ Maxx. What does he where. Khaki's? Black pants? tie? It has been awhile since I was in high school and my son is non chalant about it - but I want to make sure he doesn't embarrass her by not being appropriately dressed. Thanks

Ok, an acquaintance of mine ( i wouldnt call him a friend) claims that he saw on TV that a bullet wont penetrate a silk shirt. He gets bent out of shape if you disagree with him. Should i prove to him he is wrong? Just kidding on that part. But who else thinks this is true? I dont.

I have a warm tone of skin colour that rates as a "nude beige" and as a base powder it really works great, in fact you can't tell I'm wearing makeup. I have black hair and dark brown eyes, but are fairly pale (I have little or no coloration in my cheeks, not even when I'm embarrassed!), with a very slight olive hint that is so light it makes my skin more yellow than "olive". What kind of blush could work?

I way overplucked in my teens and now my eyebrows are really thin, in some areas nonexistent and where there are hairs that grow sometimes they grow in really thick and all dif directions. I have invested alot of money...smashbox, anastasia stencils but still cannot manage to get pretty, soft, natural looking brows. This is my one major spas...any advice?
