alot of medications and vitamins are not supposed to be cut or taken apart in any way, you should ask your doctor about these particular vitamins

why are you useing prenatal Hair vitimans? I don't know if you can do that. You know when my best friend was pregnant she couldn't take those because she would choke, so the doctor told her to take two flinstones vitimans. lol
