I'm sick of buying cheap shampoos and conditioners that are ruining my hair! Money no object, what is the absolute best line of hair care products I could go get from a salon or beauty supply?

Im doing a questionaire in my Business class and am awnsering it on behalf of Jade, shes one of my top celebs! Ive done most of the question's as ive read her autobiography quite a few times and some of the quesions i have researched n the net. However i do need to know the following if you could:

What did Jade do for the business?
What Job position would she like instead of the one that she already has at Uglys?Compensation is what % adiquate at the salon?

I have very pale skin, light brown-reddish hair, dark green eyes and dark eyebrows. What eye shadows would look good on me?
And about lips: I don't know what color lipstick would look good on me? When I use pale or clear lipstick, my face looks very boring. When I use dark red or dark brown lipstick, my face is too obtrusive. So what should I do? I don't like blush, so what face powder or toner I should use?

I've just bought some stunning Irregular Choice knee boots and I want to wear them with leggings. Obviously I have to wear some sort of top too if I want to leave the house. Is it acceptable to wear a top or sweater that doesn't cover my bum, or does that just look trashy? I can't decide.
