Girls usually, not always, stop by 14 or 15. That's why orthodontists want to do their braces early before they stop their growth. You could just be a genetic "throw back" to a short grandma... :)
ENJOY IT! Know why? Tall good looking guys ALWAYS like petite girls. I can't buy a date with a guy over 6', they always go for the tiny short girls (I'm 5'8")

i was told by my bio teacher that girls usually stop growing at the age of 16 and guys at the age of 20 some. I'm 17 and I'm only 5'1", I don't think it's so bad, just finding the right length for pants yeah..lol. But when you do get older, people will think that you're younger than what you really are, so that's a good thing to look forward to.. unless you dont what that.

At 15 you've most likely grown as tall as you're going to. Although you might grow another 1/2" or so. As for drinking milk, you should have done that as a child. I don't think there is anything that will make you taller, otherwise everyone would be taking it.
Be happy w/your height.

Well, I'm 5'4", my daughter's dad is 5'10" and she stopped at 5'1" at age 13. She's 18 now. I grew 1/2 inch in my 20th year, however.
I'm in Thailand and the Thai are very short. They consider me tall, even though I'm still only in the 10% range for height/weight for Americans my same age.
Anyhow, the Thai tell me to have my 12 yr old who is still under 4'11" drink lots of milk. Try it....

"good things come in small packages"
i know that at the time when all of your friends are towering over you it can seem so depressing, but guys do go for petite girls.... its a fact!
However, if you are still gutted and clinically depressed over it, sports where you reach up for example rock climbing, it has been proven that it stimulates your growth gland. Its meant to work! but if all else fails, you're almost guarenteed at least one other growth spurt. dont worry about it! im 14 and 5'1. im happy with my size because at least im not lanky. you tend to be more huggable anyway when you are smaller!! DONT WORRY!! and smiiiiiile!!! :D

Well sorry to tell you but females will only grow a little bit more after they have their first menstrual cycle. They usually stop around 14-16 years of age, but that depends on when they start their menstrual cycle, you start late you end late.

At 15 (for a female) you've probably reached your full height or very close to it. If, however, your nutrition has been extremely poor up this point, an improvement in same may produce a slight growth spurt.

At fifteen, you are at your ideal height. You can easily grow taller during the next seven to eight years. Do a lot of stretching exercises, play Basket Ball, Badmintain, Volley ball etc, which involve stretching of the spine. Do practise Suryanamaskar ten times a day, which will give you several other benefits also.

I think you will keep growing. Most people grow up until they are 20 or 21 and you are only 15. 5'1 is not so bad. I'm 25 and only 4'11. :-)
My mother is 5'3 and my father is 5'10, but I took after my maternal grandmother, who is under 5ft tall.
